Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Visit the sacred Pashupatinath Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known as the holiest Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Explore the serene Budhanilkantha Temple, home to a massive reclining Vishnu statue, and spend time at the peaceful Tibetan monasteries. Use the afternoon to prepare for your journey or explore Kathmandu.

Day 3: Drive to Syabrubesi by Jeep
Embark on a scenic drive through lush hills, terraced farms, and the roaring Trishuli River. Pass quaint villages and cross the Rasuwa Gadhi near the Nepal-China border. Witness the transition from Nepalese to Tibetan landscapes.

Day 5: Acclimatization and rest at Kyirong
Today is dedicated to rest and acclimatization in Kyirong to prepare for the journey ahead. You can spend the day exploring the quaint town, enjoying its peaceful surroundings, and soaking in the local atmosphere. With no driving involved, itâs a day to relax and let your body adjust to the altitude. Overnight stay in Kyirong.

Day 6 - Drive from Kyirong to Saga
Journey through mesmerizing landscapes including the famous Brahmaputra River and the tranquil Paigu-Tso Lake. Witness the vastness of Tibetan highlands en route to Saga.

Day 7 - Saga to Lake Manasarovar

Day 9: Trek from Darchen to Diraphuk
Begin the spiritual trek to Mount Kailash’s north face. Drive to Yam Dwar to start the 12 km trek. Revel in the serene beauty of the Himalayas as you approach Dirapuk.

Day 10: Trek from Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4,835m) via Dolma La Pass (5,600m)
Experience the most challenging trek as you cross the Dolma La Pass (5530 m). Witness breathtaking views of Gauri Kund, a sacred lake. Trek downhill to reach Zuthulphuk.

Day 11: Zuthulphuk to Darchen to Saga
Trek to Chongdo (~3 hrs), where vehicles will be waiting. Drive to Darchen and continue onward to Dongba or Saga for a comfortable overnight stay.
